Playroll is looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join the Go-To-Market team to drive top-of-funnel growth by identifying and qualifying high-potential leads. You will report to the Sales Manager and you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of qualified prospects for the sales team through outreach, research, and relationship-building. You will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for connecting with people. This role is a great opportunity to make a measurable impact on the company's growth while gaining experience and advancing your career in B2B sales.
What You'll Do
- Represent our company's products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs.
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps.
- Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook.
- Cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities.
- Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives.
- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills via phone and email.
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with headless CMS platforms or API-first web architectures.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Segment) and data pipelines.
- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS marketing environments.
