Playroll is looking for a highly organized Onboarding & Migrations Specialist to join our Customer and Reseller Success team and deliver a seamless onboarding experience for customers and partners. Reporting to the Manager of Onboarding & Migrations, this person will own onboarding and migration projects with strong project and stakeholder management. This is a customer-facing, high-impact role that sets the tone for each customer’s Playroll journey. As the first role of its kind, it also offers the opportunity to shape and improve onboarding and migration processes as Playroll continues to grow.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer onboarding and migration projects, including training, documentation collection, timeline management, and customer task coordination.
- Collaborate with Sales, CSMs, and internal Operations teams to ensure smooth handovers and nuanced customer setup processes.
- Manage customer communications and expectations throughout onboarding, providing clear internal and external updates at each stage.
- Proactively solve unforeseen challenges during onboarding and migration projects while reassuring customers throughout the process.
What You'll Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a relevant customer-facing role.
- Strong project management experience, ideally using Monday.com.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers quickly.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Startup mentality, with comfort working in a fast-paced environment and improving processes.
- Proven ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Bachelor / Honors degree.

- Experience with Salesforce and Monday.com.
- Experience working in tech, a startup, or a scale-up environment.
- Experience owning KPIs and identifying opportunities to improve them.
